Google Disco browser ends the coding era

Ana sayfa / News

Google continues its efforts to solidify its dominance in the internet world and take the user experience to the next level. The company’s new project, called the Google Disco browser, aims to fundamentally change the web experience as we know it through artificial intelligence integration.

Built on a foundation similar to Chrome, the world’s most popular browser, and based on the Chromium infrastructure, this experimental browser stands apart from its competitors. Google Disco comes with a revolutionary feature called “GenTabs,” powered by the Gemini 3 AI model. This technology analyzes the tabs users open in real time and, taking conversations into account, can create interactive web applications tailored entirely to personal needs.

The most crucial aspect of this new system is that users don’t need any coding knowledge. Designed to speed up tasks and research, these applications can be automatically generated simply by using the browser. Developed by Google Labs, the project was launched to test bold ideas about the future of the web.

Google is currently testing this innovative browser with a limited audience. According to the announcement, the browser is only available for macOS at this stage. Users who wish to access it must sign up for a waiting list, and invitations are being sent out gradually. This strategy shows that Google wants to mature the product before releasing it to a wider audience.
